The question is when and at what point in time are we going to be interoperable to the point where the information that the DOD has, and by the way, if it is not good information coming to you, you do not have good information, but assuming they give you the information, you will have all the information on those medical records in your hands, when is that going to happen?

This has been a phenomenon that we haven't had recently, where we've had other countries that have went into our airspace for the purpose of trying to gather information.
