Well, I think it's really bad. All you got to do is look at the market. But the truth is, is that if you're a businessman, you understand that what you need in the marketplace is certainty.
There's plenty of examples of it. The Mission Act is a prime example. The fastest growing part of the V.A. budget. Why? Because we privatizing V.A. health care and its costing us more money, not less.
I think it's really important for food security. The folks -- this is a ban against China, Russia, North Korea and Iran, folks who don't want to see us exist anymore as a nation.
I would say two things. Number one this administration has totally blown the opportunity to make government more efficient by going in with a -- with a -- with a meat cleaver and just hack up agencies.
