Please Senator Tester, make IHS live up to the trust responsibility.

It is no secret that the IHS struggles with chronic underfunding.

How is it that they don't ask for sufficient funds to eliminate the disparity? Are they racist or do people just not care?

Unfortunately they are failing to meet their trust responsibilities and Montana tribes are suffering as a result.
