Yes, I do. I thank Senator Whitehouse. We have talked about the unemployment rate and job opportunities for people who get higher education. I was talking to a welding shop in Fort Benton, MT. Fort Benton is in the north central part of the State. The oil play in the east has been having some impacts even in that area of the State. This welding shop that is in Fort Benton--I talked to the fellow, and he had some issues he wanted to talk to me about. I said: What is one of the biggest things you have to deal with right now? He said: Right now, I could hire a half a dozen welders. I could hire them tomorrow. The work is out there for them to do. When we talk about getting this economy going again and getting things moving, it is so critically important we not only talk about the 4-year colleges that develop our entrepreneurs and businesspeople but we also talk about the community colleges, the technical colleges, the tribal colleges that do a great job developing a well-trained workforce. With that, I will kick it over to Senator Landrieu.
