I thank Chairman Levin for his comments. As we look for opportunities to save money, as we look for opportunities to focus in on the war on terror, I think our time has come to take a hard look at our overseas basing and do what, quite frankly, will enhance our opportunities to fight the war on terror while saving the taxpayers dollars over the short term and the long haul.
