During my last two races the democratic Party was poison in my attempts to get re-elected.

Many years ago, my Native friends told me that water is life, and it is, for all lives.

I would say two things. Number one this administration has totally blown the opportunity to make government more efficient by going in with a -- with a -- with a meat cleaver and just hack up agencies.

I think it is a very important piece of legislation.
