It is undeniably a historic time for the VA, and for veterans' healthcare and benefits.
a veteran serves this country and they serve it, and we make promises, and CRs don't live up to those promises.
The proposed inventory divestments and cuts to ship vehicle and aircraft procurement included in the President's budget ...
the fact is, if we were getting our budgets done and done on time, we wouldn't have to be talking about CRs.
