Mr. President, I rise today on behalf of thousands of Montanans who have reached out to me in opposition to the nomination of Congressman Tom Price to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. Health care in this country is a very complex thing. It has many moving parts. It impacts patients, doctors, nurses, hospitals, families, and rural communities in Montana and across this country. Over the years and throughout this confirmation process, Congressman Price has shown that he is not equipped for this vital and formidable job.
