the fact is, if we were getting our budgets done and done on time, we wouldn't have to be talking about CRs.
Look, I mean, you ping pong things back and forth, but the truth is there's an expenditure of taxpayer dollars here.
When veterans can't be seen in a timely manner, or they have to drive too far for services, they need to be connected up...
