I don't know that I have heard a clear reason for the lack of recognition from the Department.

If you had Federal recognition you could gain all those health care benefits.

I think you need to be deliberate and you need to be thoughtful. But you also need to get it done.

We need to keep working at this, get the process streamlined so things can happen in a positive way.
