I encourage the body to support the amendment. It addresses manipulation in the meatpacking industry. It would stop the meatpackers from using business justifications to create a monopoly or restrain commerce. That is it. If you want free markets and to support family farmers and ranchers and cow/calf operations, you need to vote for this amendment. I ask for a ``yes'' vote.
