Jon Tester: “It is critical that the Administration provide Ukraine with what it needs in time to defend and take back its sovereign…”

I would say two things. Number one this administration has totally blown the opportunity to make government more efficient by going in with a -- with a -- with a meat cleaver and just hack up agencies.

This has been a rubber stamp Congress so far.

I think it's really important for food security. The folks -- this is a ban against China, Russia, North Korea and Iran, folks who don't want to see us exist anymore as a nation.

I think it’d be a mistake, a -- really a mistake for national security and for food security.
