the fact is, if we were getting our budgets done and done on time, we wouldn't have to be talking about CRs.
When veterans can't be seen in a timely manner, or they have to drive too far for services, they need to be connected up...
the truth is, a veteran serves this country and they serve it, and we make promises, and CRs don't live up to those prom...
It is undeniably a historic time for the VA, and for veterans' healthcare and benefits.
