Jon Tester: “We make a promise to those who serve our country to deliver for them, and if the VA is going to make good on that…”

This is -- what's gone on the last two weeks or so, 10 days, has been nothing short of craziness.

During my last two races the democratic Party was poison in my attempts to get re-elected.

I would say two things. Number one this administration has totally blown the opportunity to make government more efficient by going in with a -- with a -- with a meat cleaver and just hack up agencies.

This has been a rubber stamp Congress so far.
