I wasn't going to speak, but I have to speak because I wanted to clear up the record on one thing. The people in the State of Montana voted for same-day registration. The people of the State of Montana went to the ballot box and voted for same-day registration. The State legislature repealed that. We should ask what the people of Montana really want. They want same-day registration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from New Mexico.
