In a lot of cases, it is someone that they know. You know, you ask a child who is a stranger, and they go, do you meantime garbage man that I see every week, is he a stranger? Or the soccer coach that I see once a week? I sort of know him but I don't. So it's very hard to differentiate. And that's what this is all about.
