This pandemic has underscored that the world should not be led by the Chinese Communist Party.

We cannot and shouldn't try to beat them at their own game by picking winners and losers by subsidizing companies or technologies.

One size doesn't fit all in policy, and it's just not the way to go.

We need to concentrate our efforts on ensuring we protect the most vulnerable from COVID-19.
