While we recognize that the future of the 'Muslim Ban' is presently a question for the Federal Judiciary, we have an obligation, as co-equal constitutional partners to the Executive and Judicial branch, to do robust oversight of the 'Muslim Ban's' immediate and long-term homeland security and national security implications.
