If my Republican colleagues are worried about migrant children, I encourage them to look at policy solutions and to engage on a bipartisan bill, such as the Senate bipartisan border bill, where we can make real change. I encourage the majority to support this administration's effort to crack down on the employers who take advantage of these children. I encourage Republicans to take real action. This partisan resolution achieves nothing. Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Kennedy).
