I offer an amendment. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 15, line 24, strike the period and quotation mark at the end. Page 15, after line 24, insert the following: ``(7) Counseling sessions conducted in person.-- Institutions of higher education may encourage individuals to attend in-person loan counseling sessions under paragraph (1)(A).''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1049, the gentlewoman from Missouri (Mrs. Hartzler) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Missouri.
