I thank the gentleman so much for his perspective, both as a doctor and as a military officer. His speaking of security means a lot. I think it is a good question. What number is it going to take? Are we really going to say: let's work together and let's do this? I think we need to sit down right now. I am hopeful maybe this week we will do that. Madam Speaker, I yield to my colleague from South Carolina (Mr. Norman) to come share what he thinks maybe we could do this week to get this government opened and at the same time secure our border.
