I have been very excited that we have had a President of the United States in his inaugural address utter the word 'infrastructure.'

My intent is hopefully working with the Democrats on the committee to put together a big, broad bipartisan infrastructure bill.

We need Presidential leadership, I agree with the chairman there. We need Presidential leadership.

The problem is the Speaker is ideologically opposed to Federal investment and increasing taxes in any form.
