I would like to offer amendments en bloc printed in part G. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will designate the amendments en bloc. Amendments en bloc No. 6 consisting of amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, printed in part G of House Report 116-438, offered by Mr. Graves of Missouri: amendment no. 1 offered by mr. bost of illinois Page 210, strike lines 13 through page 213, line 5 and insert the following: ``(3) Eligible projects.-- ``(A) In general.--Except as provided in subparagraph (B), funds set aside under this subsection may be obligated for any of the following projects or activities: ``(i) Construction, planning, and design of on-road and off-road trail facilities for pedestrians, bicyclists, and other nonmotorized forms of transportation, including sidewalks, bicycle infrastructure, pedestrian and bicycle signals, traffic calming techniques, lighting and other safety-related infrastructure, and transportation projects to achieve compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.). ``(ii) Construction, planning, and design of infrastructure-related projects and systems that will provide safe routes for nondrivers, including children, older adults, and individuals with disabilities to access daily needs. ``(iii) Conversion and use of abandoned railroad corridors for trails for pedestrians, bicyclists, or other nonmotorized transportation users. ``(iv) Construction of turnouts, overlooks, and viewing areas.…
