I might point out that, yes, there are discretionary grants in here for electrical vehicles. What is interesting is electric vehicles don't pay for the use of that road either, because the highway trust fund still has yet to be addressed, has yet to be determined how we are even going to move forward, which is a huge frustration in this bill.
