Last night's vote...is the only vote I am aware of in the House of Representatives in the 10 years and few months that I have been here that the Clerk did not write down a number which is the official end of the vote and hand it to the Speaker. The Speaker, in fact, is talking over the Clerk while the Clerk is trying to announce votes are being changed.”
