The amendments are as follows: amendment no. 763 (Purpose: To prohibit the use of funds to implement regulations regarding the removal of essential-use designation for epinephrine used in oral pressurized metered-dose inhalers) At the appropriate place, insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement the final rule entitled ``Use of Ozone- Depleting Substances; Removal of Essential-Use Designation (Epinephrine)'' (73 Fed. Reg. 69532 (November 19, 2008)). amendment no. 764 (Purpose: To eliminate a certain increase in funding) At the appropriate place, insert the following: Sec. 7__. Section 101(a)(2) of division A of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111-5; 123 Stat. 120; 124 Stat. 2394; 124 Stat. 3265) is amended by striking ``after October 31, 2013'' and inserting ``on the date of enactment of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2012''.
