One of the things we were most concerned about 8 years ago was the fact that young researchers were leaving the field.
Now is not the time to abandon that goal, now is the time, in fact, to make it even stronger.
I want to look at what we can do, in a bipartisan way, to prevent another tragedy like this from occurring.
