I thank my friend for yielding. I would just say that if the Secretary of HHS can certify that, that is a good thing, and I voted for that in the past. But I know what a tomato looks like. I don't know what is inside a capsule, and that has always been the obstacle for the people we have asked to look at this and certify the safety. If people can figure out how to do that so we know what is inside of that pill--the worst thing you can do health-wise is believe you are taking a pill that isn't the pill you believe you are taking.
