The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To extend the requirement for annual Department of Defense reports on the military power of Iran) At the end, add the following: SEC. 3. EXTENSION OF ANNUAL DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE REPORTS ON THE MILITARY POWER OF IRAN. Section 1245(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2542), as amended by section 1277 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. ``Buck'' McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (Public Law 113-291), is further amended by striking ``December 31, 2016'' and inserting ``December 31, 2026''.
