Finally, there is a commitment again to try to find a way to have a more comprehensive set of hearings in an appropriate way, hopefully in one forum, but we have not addressed that question yet, but in one forum that can go forward under a time schedule and under a procedure that is agreeable, and makes sense to both sides, and makes sense to the special prosecutor.”
