Over the past 24 hours, intense storms have created dangerous flash flooding across several regions of Missouri, resulting in multiple swift-water rescues.

I was proud to sign six bills into law today that will improve healthcare services for Missourians across our state.

The estimated damage in Iron County alone surpassed $19.7 million, while the entire state threshold to qualify for federal disaster assistance is $11.9 million – emphasizing the extent of the devastation locally.
