Small businesses are where you generate the jobs. And if we are not allowing those folks to be created, we are hurting ourselves.
I can't agree more with Mr. Im that we should be doing more through regular business, and I think sanctioning China and Mexico is certainly in order.
It seems to me that you need a tiered system here. If you have a small business, you need to have a different set of rules that you have to comply with versus the big guys.
