It seems to me that you need a tiered system here. If you have a small business, you need to have a different set of rules that you have to comply with versus the big guys.

Do you think it would be a good idea for us as legislators to look at doing this in other areas of government, where we could pass off some of the risk to the private sector versus having taxpayers take on all this risk?

Perhaps the greatest threat to our financial stability is our economic ties to China and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

It seems as though your Agency has taken on a different mission, that you seem to be pushing an ESG agenda.
