This bill expands UOCAVA provisions to ensure that we include men and women who are serving in our National Guard or in an inactive service status so that they, too, are covered by UOCAVA.

While we have 67 counties and 67 supervisors of elections who are independently elected constitutional officers, we have a uniform election code.

This administration must recognize that Iran will not negotiate in good faith, bears responsibility for strengthening terrorist proxies around the world, and is still a state sponsor of terrorism.
