The time for bold leadership is now.

At the end of the day, they’re a product, and if you make that product in a reckless kind of way, and that product causes … significant harm and damage — they crash a hospital ER, they shut down a bank so that folks can’t get their money —…

They don’t need any tax breaks. That’s just corporate welfare. They don’t need that stuff. If they want to build data centers, then they have to do it on their own dime.

I'm just hoping that this will be the best bill ever passed by the United States Senate considering the ungodly amount of time we've spent on it.
