We can't even seem to have debate on it. I mean, with all due respect, this doesn't seem, to me, to be a Republicans versus Democrats issue; this seems to be the Senate versus the United States of America and I just don't understand it and I am willing to bet--I am willing to bet that the American people don't understand it either.…”
