This is not good. This is happening in Kansas City--it's also, frankly, happening in St. Louis on the other side of the State.

I am frustrated here by the fact that it's been months and months, and I was told 90 days in September.

We do not want to see post offices closed in rural parts of this country. We want to see the mail delivered on time.
