I opened an investigation into OpenAI on Sept. 10 after its agents breached New York-based open-weight AI platform Hugging Face in July.

They don’t need any tax breaks. That’s just corporate welfare. They don’t need that stuff. If they want to build data centers, then they have to do it on their own dime.

If that’s what the House is able to pass, I’m certainly happy to take that and to work with it.

These AI agents are committing cyberattacks. If Big Tech companies are going to design AI agents that wreak havoc, these companies better be on the hook for any damage that is caused.
