Mr. Speaker, there are several other activities of the U.S. Association of Former Members which deserve to be highlighted today. One certainly is our annual Statesmanship Award Dinner. It has been chaired so exceptionally over the last few years by Lou Frey of Florida. I would like to now yield to the gentleman from Florida, Mr. Frey, to comment on the dinner that was held this past March. If I may reclaim my time for just a second, we have a visitor here.
