Mr. Speaker, unfortunately, due to a district commitment, I was unable to cast three votes today. Had I been present, I would have voted: YEA on Roll Call No. 179, H.R. 3354, to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 220 North Hatcher Avenue in Purcellville, Virginia, as the ``Secretary of State Madeleine Albright Post Office Building;'' YEA on Roll Call No. 180, the Previous Question on H. Res. 1194; and YEA on Roll Call No. 181, H. Res. 1194, the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 6192, H.R. 7109, H.R. 2925, and H.J. Res. 109. ____________________
