I think this hearing marks an important step as this is our first hearing to review the Horticulture Title of the 2018 Farm Bill.

I hope that the Biden Administration will work expeditiously to fill these vacancies.

It is clear that, as a Committee, we must build on these successes in order to continue to support our agriculture community.
