I appreciate the gentleman from Virginia. I will remind him that his State government has already received $6.5 billion in bailout money, and they will receive another $9 billion under this plan while that very same government has enacted lockdown policies directly leading to the closure of more than 2,000 small businesses. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from the great Commonwealth of Virginia (Mr. Good), who already is a leader in this conference.
