I appreciate the gentleman from Massachusetts. I will remind him that the government there in his State has already received $7.5 billion in bailouts and, under this plan, would receive an additional $7 billion. During the lockdown there in his State, more than 2,500 small businesses have been closed and the death rate has been more than the top five in the Nation.
