I appreciate the gentleman from Pennsylvania. I will remind him that his State government has already received $14 billion in bailouts. They will receive another $13.5 under this plan while that very same State government has enacted lockdown policies, causing the closure of more than 3,000 of their small businesses. Mr. Speaker, I yield 4 minutes to the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Donalds), a great addition to the Budget Committee and a true leader.
