It is around $65 billion a year in lost productivity because people are trapped in traffic jams. I say to my friend from Oklahoma, it certainly makes sense. We have the workers of the country every morning going to work--and I see it in Missouri--and they are trapped in traffic jams. That is time they are not spending on the job producing goods and services and wealth for the United States.
