I heard that statement many times in this debate, and it gives rise to the question naturally: ``Why isn't the bill broad enough to include all kinds of violence on the picket lines?'' Mr. Speaker, the gentleman is on the committee that produced this bill. What is the reasons given by the sponsors? Maybe I should ask one of them. What are the reasons given by the sponsors why they do not cover all kinds of violence?
