I did not want this bill to effect the 8(a) program, and as far as I am concerned, it is out of this bill, it is not mentioned in this bill; and that the HUBZone bill is designed to provide a little bit of an additional boost to procurement to businesses that locate in these disadvantaged areas and hire these individuals.
