I will say to the Members of this House this is deja vu all over again. It is the second time I have stood up in support of this bill. I think it is worth it. I want to compliment the gentlewoman from Ohio (Mrs. Jones) on her remarks. Let me pick up on what she said because she mentioned she is a freshman. She is a very aggressive lady who advocates for her community. She is on the Committee on Small Business and the Committee on Banking and Financial Services because she recognizes that in the new world of economic empowerment and community renewal the key is drawing in private sector investment into these distressed neighborhoods and private sector investments that make sense in terms of private sector standards. That is the key to the future. She sees it, and this is a lady with ties and bonds to her community. She is hearing it from the organizations that are making a difference in these communities, as I have heard it, and as the other sponsors of this bill have heard it as well.
