Punishments for violations of Articles of War 58, 59, 61, and 86 as to offenses committed in occupied enemy territory after the effective date of this order shall be subject to the limitations prescribed by the Table of Maximum Punishments, paragraph 104 (c) of A Manual for Courts-Martial, United States Army (1928).
