“The Economic Stabilization Board, established by Executive Order No. 9250, is hereby re-established on its former basis in the Office of Economic Stabilization Director as Chairman, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of Labor, the Federal Loan Administrator, the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Director of the Bureau of the Budget, the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Price Administrator, the Administrator of the National Housing Agency, the Chairman of the National Wage Stabilization Board, and two representatives each of labor, management, and farmers to be appointed by the President.”
